Lola has never met a stranger! She is the sweetest girl with a big personality. Lola loves all people and dogs. She has a strong prey drive and loves to swim! I missed out on competing dock diving with her but she swims, and jumps off the dock with ease and loves to retrieve whether it’s a bumper in the water, a ball, dish or the remote control she is a natural retriever. Lola also discovered Barn Hunt later in life, she has not yet competed but she LOVES the sport and is the best mouser at our home, much better than a cat!

As an agility dog, Lola has earned 2 MACH’s (Master Agility Championships) and competed successfully at both regional and national events including AKC Nationals, AKC North East Regional Championship and the prestigious AKC Westminster Master Agility Championship, New York always finishing in the top 10-20%. Additionally, Lola was routinely ranked in the top 10 of USASA Agility standings. Lola was a very consistent medium speed agility dog, she loved the game. Even though Lola has retired from AKC agility she has found a second calling as a student’s schoolmaster dog and is now competing for fun with her best friend Reena in CPE agility.

Lola has produced several litters of puppies all of whom have earned many titles in Agility, Dock Diving, Barn Hunt, and Rally. She also has a few pups that became certified therapy dogs. Lola passed on her lovely traits to all her offspring. She has been a joy to live with, is a terrific travel companion, great hiking partner and all around dog ready to do whatever adventure awaits.
